I took a weekend class here and got a lot out of it. The teacher explained everything in a really simple, easy-to-follow way, without adding a bunch of unnecessary fluff. I left feeling way more confident using my camera.

I had to send back a camera bag I ordered from bellphoto.com because it ended up being a little smaller than I thought it would be, even though I probably should’ve checked the measurements better. The return process was simple enough to follow, and support got back to me the next day, which was fine. The refund showed up after about a week, so not exactly quick, but I guess it wasn’t really slow either. I would’ve liked more updates along the way, but overall it all got handled okay

I’ve been ordering prints from Bell Photo for a while now, the rewards points are actually worth paying attention to. I used mine on my last order and it knocked a decent amount off the total. Kind of my own fault for not using them earlier, because it’s super straightforward. Nothing flashy, but it works and definitely gives me a reason to keep coming back.

"Easy trade-in and quick payment"
I was in a impatient mood when I decided to trade in my old Canon lens through bellphoto.com, so I was really hoping the process wouldn’t turn into a hassle. Luckily, the quote form was simple, and they got back to me the same day.

I shipped the lens in, they looked it over, and the final offer was basically the same as the original quote. There wasn’t any weird back-and-forth or last-minute lowball offer, which I appreciated.

Once I accepted, the payment came through fast. it was just an easy experience from start to finish, and I’d use them again for buyback or trade-in stuff.

"Queue moved faster than I thought"
i mean, I did have to wait a little while, but the queue was handled way better than I expected. It was easy to see where I was in line, and it never felt chaotic or confusing. The staff kept everyone moving, and it seemed fair the whole time. it was a lot less stressful than I thought it would be, so I was happy with how smoothly it went.

I preordered a camera and reserved a lens at the same time, it went exactly how I’d hoped. They held my place, sent me an email when everything was ready, and pickup took almost no time. No confusing steps or last-minute surprises. Based on the whole experience, I’d definitely do it this way again.

I ordered a few family photos the colours came out really nice, actually, better than I expected. Delivery was quick too, so no complaints there. Happy with how it all turned out and I’d definitely use them again

I stopped in just to browse for a bit, and the place was clean and easy enough to walk around. The vibe was quiet though, almost too quiet, and it didn’t feel all that welcoming. The staff were there, but they didn’t really say much beyond the basics.
Nothing was really wrong with the visit, but I also didn’t feel any reason to stick around. Some of the setup felt a little unnecessary, like it was trying to look nicer than it actually felt. Overall, it was fine, just kind of average for me.

It works fine overall, so I can’t really complain about the function. But there were some scuffs on it that I wasn’t expecting, and that made me feel a little misled about the condition. It’s usable, just not quite what I thought I was getting.

I had a problem with my lens and thought the warranty stuff was going to be a hassle, but it really wasn’t!!! They got the repair sorted without making it some huge ordeal. It did take a little while, but they kept me in the loop the whole time, which I really appreciated!!!

I went in thinking it would be a quick passport photo stop, but it ended up taking a bit longer than I expected. The actual photo was fine and did the job, so no complaints there, just wish the service had been a little quicker.
